Looks like it was MSN148 in the body join tool, not MSN146. Easy mistake.

I am surprised about this; the MSN we saw in the body join was read off by someone else in the group as MSN146 although I do accept it could have been MSN148. What I can be certain of was that at 2PM on the 19th there was no evidence of a tail anywhere near the body join tool and the APU cone had not been attached, what is the time taken in the BJT? It seems fast to me to get to a roll out in just 5 days.

I think 5 days is just about half of the time spent in Body Join now,.... Would the APU be one of the last pieces attached?... Fabien

I checked with the person who read it off, it looks like MSN148 could be the one. appologies for the mix up

So far the 4 1st BA frames have an average of 12 weeks for roll out, with the fastest MSN144-10weeks, and the longest MSN095-14weeks(HoV), MSN148 is now in its 8th week since convoy-arrival.. roll out in August?.. Fabien

The nose of the A380s should point towards the doors in FAL stage 2.
