Korean Air was awarded in 2014 for 99,7 percent over almost a 2 year period. I would like to see how Asiana fares. They are a bit out of sight, but so far I haven't seen any issues there. Etihad must have lost a chance to get 100 when the burning fuel truck delayed EY103.

I don't think the burning fuel truck incident would count against the dispatch reliability % figures, the same as weather related delays or ATC strikes don't count either ?
