Very nice!, they've seemed to established a flying pattern of having a morning and afternoon flight on most days of week with Sunday being a rest day for the flight crew. Edit; and in the air, just as I wrote this post at around 13:11/13:12 airborne at13:10 have seen it a few minutes ago northern from Bordeaux at arround 9000ft with ~~ 110kts (FR24)

Do any of you know if the same rigid test regime was in place for the A380 and/or B787? Here we have a very interesting table for the 787 test flights. Scroll down a few lines.
