Meanwhile you all were celebrating in the moment of the 1000th A330... this seemingly slipped under our radar. Probably because the radiome is off somewhere? lol It's Aerolineas Argentinas' first A330-200. PW powered too.

Where was the photo taken?, could it be a former Malaysia frame, considering there appears to be a Malaysia 744 in the background and their A330s are also PW powered. Also, does anyone know how many A330s Aerolineas Argentinas are taking?

I have no idea when or where the photo was taken. All I know is that I was half asleep in my pajamas looking around at 330s and then this just came up, and that I'm dying to see a side on view of this.

Will these be HGW variants? Any news about which engines?

Hello someone. "[Aerolíneas Argentinas]ordered GE Aviation CF6-80E1 engines to power the aircraft", according to: atwonline.com/daily-news/aerol-neas-buy-four-more-a330sQuite interesting, considering the leased A330s in Aerolíneas Argentinas fleet use PW engines (this airline had been very faithful to Pratt & Whitney in its long haul fleet). Best regards.
