[True, I just personally think the CFM engines look better You mean A320 CFM engines, right? A340 CFM56 engines have a nacelle design similar to the IAE ones. CFM International CFM56-5C4. by A380spotter, on Flickr Also very similar to the RR Trent 700s on the A330s. A big brother version of the V2500 in fact. Rolls-Royce Trent 772B-60. by A380spotter, on Flickr As far as the design goes, I believe it plays a part in improving the thrust or something like that. However, there is a weight penalty for such a design.

Quick question: how are the wings and fuselage sections delivered to FALC? Beluga?
