Fastest EK frame for OF is MSN108 with 11 weeks and 3 days, second fastest (EK) is MSN153 with 11 weeks and 5 days.
I would guess that MSN150 added to EK's fleet would help serve the increase of services to CDG on 01/06/14, though the next announced services for EK is the second daily flight to DME on 01/08/14 so I guess no hurry for MSN153, it should still be delivered before July and help replace frames having the wings repaired.
I would imagine then somewhere around end of May?... Unless I am counting wrong and MSN150 would help the service increase to BKK on 01/05/2014, and MSN153 help the service increase to CDG on 01/06/14?...
I understand that oils will burn when you run the engine for first time causing a lot of smoke. What I fail to understand why there is smoke after first engine run for outfitted frame. Aren't those same engines which are used to ferry the frame from TLS to XFW?
