Just had a look at the ALC order book for A330neo, 23 order with 8 already delivered. Remaining 15 (including two frames already built for RwandAir, MSN1844 & MSN1861 now are ntu), 6 are for Virgin Atlantic (ALC confirmed no change during the rescue deal last week), now add 8 for Startlux. So either VS/JX agreed to accept RwandAir ntu frame(s), or ALC will make an additional order (or convert an A350 order to A330neo). We will know from month end spreadsheet. You forgot about 2 planned leased order for DL (according to ATDB msn 1983 and 1997 - probably deliveries next year) and msn 1981 planned for XL AW but now ntu. Starlux in my opinion will take both ex-Rwandair frames (msn 1844 and 1861) and ex-XL AW frame (msn 1981).
Thanks kronusThe beauty of this forum is that there is always someone like you know more than me, and also happy to share the information. I really appreciate that, I didn't know DL and XL AW deal at all. By the way, DL 2 + VS 6 + JX 8 = 16. I think you will agree with me, ALC will need to order/convert another frame.

Read an article earlieron another website, it never stated where the frame will come from. They did state Spicejet used hifly to do some repatriation flights. One wonders if they will use Hifly for these flights. 🤔🤔🤔
