That's possible of course, though projections are constantly updated. The only question is : does Air Asia intend to start long haul flights ? If they do, they will take A350s because they'll need them.

Once more - all the publications are "muddy". The only think we can say: it is nice that the announced MOU was firmed. Specially informative is that they know exactly how their fleet will look in 12 years Concerning the state of the order - we have to wait about 3 weeks for next AB xls sheet. As simple as that.

There's nothing useful in post #98. I'm think you meant the chart in post #89? This Flightglobal article suggests that Air Asia has reduced the prior order for 25 ceos to 10 which will now be powered by RR instead of GE (The GE engine selection deal was signed under the watch of President Obama on his Malaysian tour). Article is behind a paywall or maybe free but requires registration. I'm really hoping that the A350 order still stands. But I wonder if Airbus passed those slots to Delta...

I wonder if Airbus passed those slots to Delta ... I think Airbus did not have to do that (unless of course they were actually cancelled), as they always keep a number of slots open for major customers like Delta.

Hawaiian Airlines firms up its A330-800neo MoU: It's a relief to see these firmed. They will fit well into their existing A330 fleet. I would have still preferred to see the A359 in their colours though.
