Thanks for the detailed summary Jkkw. I hope it is not too much to ask, but a monthly totals (gross/net) would be nice too.

Does anyone know if Airbus has set a target for 2014 orders? I believe all that was said was a book to bill ratio greater than one which would mean greater than 600 aircraft. Well then... Is 1796 in gross orders a record? I can't remember anything higher than this...

Gross orders are a dubious metric : their numbers are inflated by orders shifted from ceo to neo versions.

How many net? It just means that net orders were the same as gross, so no cancellations
