late aircraft switch puts it into LHR on the EK003 tonight, I guess its a spare aircraft at the moment !

But is it a ULR frame? why doing DXB-LHR ULR configurations can operate both ULR and LR routes, depending on disponibility of aircraft... However, they would most likely "not" put a LR aircraft in a ULR route...  |

In addition, the 575 tonne A380s are only operated on the longest routes (DFW, LAX etc).
