second Boeing 787-10 has begun operations. Following its entry to United’s fleet on December 1st, the aircraft has been performing a number of test flights for United Airlines, however, on 22nd and 23rd of December, it was used for passenger service.
This would then have been UA712 and UA1950

UA operated yesterday's UA807 with a . . . 787-810 Took the polar route west bound, but flight time still more than 13 HOURS!!! I believe this is the first ever commercial trans-pacific 787-10 commercial flight. Now N14001 is already on the way back. And it looks like tomorrow's UA807/UA808 will still be operated by a 787-10. Maybe UA is trying to figure out 78X's extreme payload-range performance?
