Do they have an offset accounting year? Looking at the A350 productions list it seems like at least 4 was planned to 2017 deliveries?

Lost of changes may be agreed when a customer (Azul in this case) is in serious trouble. Sometimes the new arrangements are not immediately disclosed.

Latest production list shows 6 A350s allocated to Azul, of which 3 will be transferred to Hong Kong Airlines: - MSN 98: Azul - MSN 112: Azul - MSN 124: Azul, to become Hong Kong Airlines - MSN 153: Azul, to become Hong Kong Airlines - MSN 168: Azul, to become Hong Kong Airlines - MSN 187: Azul I didn't know Azul had 6 A350s incoming, thought they only ordered 5?

Msn 124 is allocated to Hong Kong Airlines from own ordered 15 A350-900, not from take over Azul leased order from Aercap.

MSN 124 was an original Azul slot, and later transferred to Hong Kong Airlines.

Well, the Azul deal is off. Fleet plans show no A350 operations in the nearby future. The situation still needs to be clarified. Changes to the 'firing order' may be the consequence of a cancellation or a postponement, or of some combination of both.
