With the replacement of those by A380s on the route to DFW, what could likely become to these 6 ERs?... Would they just likely replace older non-ERs, or could they open new ULR-routes?...

I think that they will keep them, afterall all 6 have been refitted into A380 standard seats as well as 3 non ERs. The ERs are required for the Santiago route and possibly Johannesburg (I'm not too sure about that). It will make sense for the ERs to replace the non refitted nonERs and operate the long haul routes (LAX, JNB, SCL) and leave the non ERs to operate routes to Asia (HKG, NRT).
