Means the 14 business class seats behind door #2 will be replaced by economy seats (and Economy Comfort moved forward). 32 business class seats is the number they can fit in the front cabin (between door 1 and 2) Yes they do have a flew compartment:

It seems acquiring a flight simulator is a major accomplishment for an airline (pardon my ignorance of the intricacies of the industry). Do these airlines sell the use of these simulators to their competition?
