I think those are -900 frames for qatar They were shown as -1000 frames earlier.

I think those are -900 frames for qatar On my list I had 353 as a QR-1000, and nothing written for the 361.... Maybe 353 had changed to a -900 then.

Can't they build them for someone else? Airbus' practice shows a preference for dropping a MSN number rather than keeping it while changing the specs. I suppose this is to avoid confusion among suppliers. Another reason may be that customers may not like old MSN numbers, when newer frames are said to be improved.
