not much snow here this year......... Luckily now snow here at all sofar. I tell Dutch people who want to have snow, go to Austria or Switzerland, they usually have plenty. Personally I think 0.001 inch is too much  |

Even here most of the snow we had (we received 12 inch in one storm) almost melt since temp are above 0 for the past two days with rain too

Pft...what happened to our great Canadian winter. It seems like we (Edmonton, Montreal and Toronto) all got a blast of snow a few weeks too early and now everything's melted away?  Personally I think 0.001 inch is too much I really prefer snow to the cold wetness of rain in winter. It's icky...  |

It seems to be global. The reason is most logical - the sun produced this year and last over 1% more energy than 5 years back - so do not expect any cold winter for a year or two  . No global warning due to the "man" or any other similar bullshit - just plain and simple active sun. |

this morning everything was covered in white, 10-15 cm snow, in Kempten, Bavaria, Germany  higher up in the mountains there was at 20-40 cm of snow ... there one could even do some sledding, that was real fun! |
