Ah they are wearing orange jumpsuits for this too. However no parachutes this time. The aircraft doesn't have an escape hatch either...

Ah they are wearing orange jumpsuits for this too. However no parachutes this time. The aircraft doesn't have an escape hatch either... It's not a brand new airframe. They already know it very well. It's just the engines and their associated equipment that are new, so this is a much less risky FF than that of say, the A350.

Looking forward to filling up your nice sheet limoncello.
I just wonder if in real life the 319NEO will come before 321NEO. One would expect logical the other way. Maybe they do not want to canibalize on CEO orders ?

Maybe they do not want to canibalize on CEO orders ? - The A321neo may require more lead time than the A319neo (just a guess of mine). - Airbus may have a major A320-family customer with an intended yet undisclosed A319neo order. - The A319neo helps to make any CSeries breakthrough more difficult.
