Not necessarily related to the above order but in general, it is going to be awkward for Airbus/ATR and Bombardier when competing for turboprop orders... Rumour on Fliegerfaust is that Bombardier is also trying to sell off it's Q400 and CRJ programs....

The Q400 is not part of the deal - except for the CSeries, competition between BBD and ATR goes on as before. The official statement....but are you sure ? We can see no real development in this turboprop market...... Since both parties seems to be happy with the state, why should they invest into some betterment of the product ? I would not be too surprised if some hidden/silent agreement is in place

Large companies cannot have an undisclosed cooperation agreement - it would breach all rules, especially when ATR and BBD together own 100% of the world turboprop market.
Furthermore, beyond the CSeries, what would be Airbus' interest in buying BBD out ?

Apparently CS300 C-FFDO flew to Toulouse today for a repaint. Of course not visible on FR24 because Mirabel "management" has blocked tracking the FTV's, heaven knows why. Here's hoping for a lot of improvements starting two days from now after Airbus takes over
