Not necessarily related to the above order but in general, it is going to be awkward for Airbus/ATR and Bombardier when competing for turboprop orders...  Rumour on Fliegerfaust is that Bombardier is also trying to sell off it's Q400 and CRJ programs.... |

We can see no real development in this turboprop market...... Since both parties seems to be happy with the state, why should they invest into some betterment of the product ? I would not be too surprised if some hidden/silent agreement is in place    |

Large companies cannot have an undisclosed cooperation agreement - it would breach all rules, especially when ATR and BBD together own 100% of the world turboprop market.
Furthermore, beyond the CSeries, what would be Airbus' interest in buying BBD out ?

Apparently CS300 C-FFDO flew to Toulouse today for a repaint. Of course not visible on FR24 because Mirabel "management" has blocked tracking the FTV's, heaven knows why. Here's hoping for a lot of improvements starting two days from now after Airbus takes over  |
