I hope this will not be a reason enough for AAB to completely reject this frame...

Let's hope they can fix it quickly, or have a spare one ! I doubt it is more than a dent, causing a slight delay.
Uhm, or they dropped it from the overhead crane.......

Have any of our forum's insiders found out what the incident involved?

Any sign of this frame leaving body join? Has anyone got any photos of all the 3 (soon to be 4) recently convoyed frames accumulating around TLS?

It's inside another station. Not sure yet how they are going to deal with the damage.

XWB, could it please possible to know a little more about MSN181, what I have heard recently is that nothing happened with it?... The horizontal stabilizer was damaged during body join. It's inside another station. Not sure yet how they are going to deal with the damage. Do you know how bad the damage is?

I received an update today: MSN181 was moved from S31 to S30 yesterday and Airbus will fully replace the stabilizer.

Thanks XWB! Station 31C is the multitool, could the damaged part have been replaced/fixed in this station, and the frame is now moving to Station 30C for its FALstage2 time that it should be now ready for? =>replacing MSN178(EK) that should be now complete (ready to roll out except for door-rework), MSN178 going to 31C for door-rework

Seen in the flight line hangar nearest the production line yesterday 24th Nov about 11AM when we landed, by the time we drove round an hour later the doors were closed. I assume it had just been moved in hence the doors still being open.
