Q. I thought everyone had this down as delivery on 3rd of Aug, what do you mean about July ? Just look some sites back. She was already visible with final reg on jul 29th and there was a discussion about the date as the day of delivery flight is not always the day of delivery.

I guess it does not matter when the test reg stickers comes off ( day of delivery or a few days earlier ?) as long as it does not fly like it Until paid for / delivered ?

If you check few none Emirates frames delivered recently, you can see for few the handover date is one or few days before the delivery flight (date of handover is taken from Airbus order and delivery sheet). Since final registration was spotted end of July, we thought the official handover had occurred which wasn't the case here. I found most of Emirates frames recently have been officially handed over on the same day of the delivery flight (see first post for A6-EOK and A6-EOL official handover date as updated by myself today according to Airbus July and delivery sheet)

Emirates took delivery of it since the order was between Emirates and Airbus. Then Emirates sell it to Amedeo and leased it back. Airbus has nothing to do with agreement between Emirates and Amedeo.

Sale and lease-back contracts usualy occur within hours of original delivery from the manufacturer to the ordering party.

Must have missed it, but EOM also has Wildlife decals, the same as on EEI and EEQ. She must have had them since April 6-7, when I see she was out of service. Since she's been all over the world.
