I don't think that is possible, because MSN 11478 only did first flight on 12 October. I think MSN 11285 may be contractually delivered earlier in the year (first flight on 21 June), and MSN 11478 is the one mentioned in Airbus O&D spreadsheet on 30 November. ?? 11478 first flight Oct 12/ CAF Oct 25. November 30th contractual delivery is plausible. Sorry, I read that sentence "11478. 11285 contractual delivered on 31 Jul." as both frames were delivered on 31 July. Misunderstood that line, please feel free to delete my comments above.

Does anyone know which A320neo frames was the one contractually delivered to CHINA EXPRESS AIRLINES (HUAXIA AIRLINES) on 30th November? 11478 or 11285? 11478. 11285 contractual delivered on 31 Jul. MSN 11508 A320-271N B-32FG and MSN 11583 A320-271N B-32FH, have been contractually delivered to Air China on 29 December, together with MSN 11627 A320-271N B-32FJ.

On my count, this morning Airbus has achieved 97 contractual deliveries in December, so the 720 target for 2023 has already been achieved.
