Because AIMC was down about 1,5 to 2 months, so I conclude that it has it wings fixed.

Seems like D-AIMD is on a testflight after wing fix.

I am wondering if the flight test of (unpainted and not outfitted) MSN144 this week is not related to the pretty-extended-time that is observed now with all 3 frames sitting on the FL at TLS, MSN137 MSN141 and MSN142, none of them have even at least started taxi tests (beside Summer Break =>mid-July to mid-August). All of these 4 do have the 'new wings'...... Could/would Airbus have an issue with the new wing, especially that MSN144 has not even started outfitting (or painting), as it arrived at XFW 4 weeks ago!... (that's 1 third of an average 12-week for outfitting for the fastest frames!...) (and today still sitting on the FL unpainted). Fabien

I do not believe that, MSN137, MSN141 and MSN142 have not flown yet because there are no outfit hangars available in XFW due to the wing repair in progress.

I think you're right for the frames at TLS, but there must be something with MSN144, there are now 8 bays for OF/wingrepairs, and 2 bays for painting, so 10 bays, and exactly 10 frames at XFW (including MSN144) for the OF/wingrepair/painting processes so it could either have started OF or painting, but it seems that nothing has been done yet... EDIT/ or, there is maybe one bay unavailable for some reason?... Fabien

There could be many reasons why MSN144 did a test flight. Perhaps there was a bad sensor which needed to be addressed.
If something was wrong with the wing modification, we should have seen scaffolding and tooling around the frames.
