That doesn't mean 2 are inside the paint hangars. Maybe 1 in paint, 8 in OF and 1 outside (MSN144).

Has the new A380 wing been certified by EASA ?
I remember that the permanent fix for aircraft in service (retrofit) was certified last year, but I don't remember reading about EASA having certified the new wing.
That certification now is a prequisite for any A380 delivery.

The link works for me, but it only reconfirms that wing-feet modifications have been certified, but this is the permanent fix, not the new wing. I think certification is still expected.
