The A320neo's and A321XLR's for Cebu Pacific still to this date are not showing on the official Airbus Spreadsheet. Does that mean that those never turned into actual orders? I'm trying to make sense of all the orders, but I'm lost with announcements vs actual orders. I guess because some of them are only MoU or LoI, such as the A220's for Air France.

The Cebu Pacific announcement on Airbus'website dated June 18 only mentions the 330's as firm. That's an indication. For everything on the Airbus news pages not distinctly indicated as "firm order" we have no choice but to wait for the next O+D-sheet(s).

I assume «purchase agreement» isn’t the same as firm? The meaning is exactly the same. The purpose of an aircraft purchase contract is to order aircraft. The contract may, however, include options and/or purchase rights on top of firm orders.

Yes also reported here: Cebu Pacific firms order for 15 A320neo aircraft By Greg Waldron19 December 2019 www.flightglobal.com/programmes/cebu-pacific-firms-order-for-15-a320neo-jets/135854.articleCebu Pacific Air has firmed an order for 15 A320neo family aircraft, including up to 10 A321XLRs. ”Cebu Air signed a purchase agreement with Airbus for the order of 15 A320neo family aircraft which includes up to 10 A321XLR,” says the airline in a stock exchange filing. “The order for the said aircraft is valued at $2 billion based on list prices.” The deal comes six weeks after the carrier firmed an order for 16 A330-900s. The low-cost carrier had announced its commitment to both deals at the Paris air show in June.

Seems we have to wait for Airbus’ December overview for the breakdown?
