Another conversion program ! B777-300s and B777-200s aswell 😀 Apparently they are using N705DN as their prototype test bed, as it's been flown from Moses Lake a couple times in July. I'm personally skeptical about their approach given their lack of conversion experience and lack of backing leasing companies like GECAS and ATSG, but I'll be happy to be proven wrong.

Emirates has ordered four freighter vonversions B777-300(ER)(SF)s from Israel Aerospace Industries. Quote CH Aviation - "Neither Emirates nor Boeing disclosed any delivery dates for the two freighters. However, according to IAI, the B777-300(ER)s will undergo P2F conversion at Etihad Airways' MRO hub in Abu Dhabi Int'l with induction into the line due to take place in early 2023. Some news on Cargojet Airways B777 P2Fs due from CH Aviation. Quote - "Cargojet Airways (W8, Hamilton, ON) has increased its B777 commitments during the course of this year with six converted freighters secured thus far. In its 4Q21 earnings release, the Canadian cargo carrier said that in February, it executed agreements for the purchase and conversion of two B777-200s with expected delivery dates of 3Q24 and 4Q24. It also entered into purchase/conversion contracts for four B777-300s with expected delivery dates of 3Q24, 3Q24, 2Q25, and 1Q26." Cargojet of Canada has ordered 4 more B777-300ERs conversions, this time from IAI Quote Flight Global - "Canadian operator Cargojet has signed for conversion of four Boeing 777-300ERs into freighters, through an agreement with Israel Aerospace Industries. Saudia orders 7 B777 P2Fs from Mammoth, plus 5 options Quote CH Aviation - "Saudia (SV, Jeddah) has placed an order with Mammoth Freighters for seven current generation B777 converted freighters and will establish a conversion centre at Jeddah in cooperation with the American firm. The Saudi flag carrier said initial conversions will be executed by Mammoth at its GDC Technics facility at Fort Worth Allianceairport. It did not disclose whether this would cover the entire batch of seven aircraft or just some of them. The deal also includes a further five purchase rights."
