That's an awful lot of free slots in the near term. Parts productions have to go in soon methinks if those slots are to be used.

expecting announcement to be made next year around this time if things don't improve substantially ... No 787 rate announcement is to be expected as long as the MAX remains on the ground, but in my opinion it might happen at any time after the MAX is cleared to fly again.

Do they think Boeing will consider new 787-10ER or 787-11? Can they increase the range? It just only 6000nm. Will they increased the range? How about 7,800nm?

This was not sustainable beyond 2020. I personally do not see it going back up again and will be maintained at 12 or less.

This was not sustainable beyond 2020. I personally do not see it going back up again and will be maintained at 12 or less. I expected this decision, which reflects tepid demand for widebodies. I also expect another rate cut will follow.
