From the very beginning right up to now the tail cone on new-built and unpainted A380's is always white, while the rest is a sort of drab green. Why the difference?

From the very beginning right up to now the tail cone on new-built and unpainted A380's is always white, while the rest is a sort of drab green. Why the difference? Possibly because the tail cone is made out of CFRP and the rest of the body is aluminium.

If you look at the HTP, belly fairing, outer flaps, and tail cone, you will notice they are all white. These are all parts made out of CFRP so I figure that this confirms that this is the reason.
