MSN1907 was never intended for Beijing Capital or Lucky, it's a Hong Kong Airlines ntu.
Both MSN1902 and MSN1907 been completed in Tianjin for very long time already, Airbus basically fly them back to TLS. Looks like they give up any hope of HK Airlines accepting/paying for any future A330neo/A350.

Likely Both. Its probably not MSN 1907. MSN 1917 was associated with F-WWYH.EDIT: Apparently it is MSN 1907 with a new registration.

I think it should be MSN 1907 as well, which is according to some sources the one that got contractually delivered to Capital Airlines last month. Also Apparently this frame doesn't have any Chinese registration allocated, indicating it might end up somewhere else.
