Do we know what "rate 1", "rate 2" actually mean? As in number of aircraft per month? I assume that 1 and 2 are merely indices here...

It is the number of aircraft entering the FAL each month. Rollouts should follow several months later.

A350-800... Well, as we all know, the A350-800 is not officially cancelled (even if Bregier uncautiously mentioned 'cancellation of its development'). The project cannot be cancelled as long as Airbus has firm orders ... It must be mentioned every time Airbus lists A350 orders.

Would anyone know what these pieces are (photos taken at Spirit), are they built parts of Fuselage that will constitute a frame's fuselage pieces after some work?...
