Airbus A340 -642 577 D-AAAR Lufthansa Technik ferried 29jun18 SZW-LETL ex B-6053
Does anyone know what is Lufthansa Technik doing with this frame? 14 years old, but stored more than 3 years already.

My guess is that this A340 revival campaign has something to do with the RR 1000 engines problems - I am afraid it will not last

Does anyone know what is Lufthansa Technik doing with this frame? Probably just some sort of maintenance. I've seen Lufthansa Tecknik listed as "the airline" for several other Airbus aircraft previously, mainly A330s, but doubt the aircraft is theirs

I guess I just need to wait for a few weeks to see.
