change of hangar, where could it have been towed?... I would guess that if not rolled out MSN175 would need some more work after front door installations (in Bay 31C...).
Tow could have led to a FL hangar, or why not back in FALstage2 perhaps in the bay where MSN177 probably was (30C) (MSN177 is the next most old in the FAL after MSN175), and MSN177 then could have taken MSN175's spot in 31C for door work?...

MSN175 was towed to L35 for some minor modifications. It should take 2 or 3 days.

I'd then be interested if MSN177-LH14 would follow the same path, or if that minor work could be done in FALstage2...

I also do think that it is the "doors" problem. Following the 2 last LH frames (MSN175nMSN177) it looks like installing the new doors at TLS currently takes 2 weeks... =>would be the same hopefully at XFW..

I think it will take a bit more time in XFW because the doors need to be painted as well. That's not the case for the A380s in TLS.

I'd imagine the doors at XFW might be installed during/before/after OF, but idealy before painting the frame?...

What if the frame is already painted and was almost ready for roll out? Those are the one XWB meant

Both MSN175 and MSN177 were rolled out on the right side of the FL at TLS, and we have evidence that both were reworked on the doors in the FL hangar, and today MSN174(EK) was rolled out on the left side of the FL, and without any evidence that it went to the FL hangar (there's still some space available on the right side of the FL...) My assumption today is that maybe the frames reworked on the doors before roll out, might not transit by the FL hangar any longer but just by the bay 31C inside the FAL? (pure speculation). That way the FL hangar bay now available, would have welcomed MSN162(Skymark's 1st) that isn't on the FL anymore today. ( a380.boards.net/post/38151/thread )
