Would it be a better idea to start with A350-900 for a start-up? not for Mr. Chang He is former EVA CEO which is known for their massive 77W fleet He knows how to utilize the type of aircraft properly

A very ambitious order for an airline that is yet to fly an aircraft. But I guess this is where Airbus is your go-to partner for such ventures.
Airbus has a long history of betting on startups becoming successful, more than Boeing. They have seen many airlines grow their business over time and becoming household names, like jetBlue and AirAsia. At the same time, we've seen some falter like in the case of Skymark. But overall, I think this 'venture capitalist' style of business has been very fruitful.

Looks like Qantas is the driver behind the studies into the longer range variant. How did the 316T get an increased range without any fuel capacity increase but just a simple paperwork change?
