Surprised that they are not going to keep it longer. There are plentiful of older airframe that will soldier on.

It is a long time till August 2025....I believe EK want to get a new leasing rate!
What the lessor will do with the aircraft?? Sell spare parts?
I think it is possible that Doric and EK can find a good deal for both companies.
Would be sad to see another A380 being scrapped....she is still young and in good conditions!
