Is the tariff borne by the airline or does Airbus pay for it? It should be borne by the airline, unless there is a special clause in the purchase contract. With that additional cost, however, DL may never take the aircraft.

Number 5 and 6 rolled out of FAL recently. Perhaps they'll try and get these delivered before the holiday break, or, on the same token, to mitigate potential tariff costs that go into effect next year?

Ship it to Mobile for tyres to be added? For a product to be classified as domestic, more than 50% of its value must have been produced in the country.
