Both december 2019 latam deliveries (msn 313 - subleased to QR and 363) are leased from BOC Aviation. That means that LATAM remaining a350 backlog is 4 a350-900 and 8 a350-1000. Delta will take only 10 of 12 orders of this backlog - probably LATAM will have to cancel remaining 2 a350 orders.

When I check Airbus O&D it shows Latam (Group+Brazil) operates 8+1 A350-900s, anyone knows where the extra 1 come from?

According to latam 2019 financial report only 2 a350 orders for delivery in 2026 remaining in latam portfolio: latamairlines.gcs-web.com/static-files/2005e5f2-3165-49b8-b469-ef835e25b43d(page 68-69 document or 80-81 in pdf viewer) Looks like LATAM-Delta a350 deal about takeover of 10 a350 orders for delivery in 2021-25 timeframe was completed. Newest Latam fleet plan including a350: (page 6)

LATAM remaining a350 backlog includes only 2 a350-1000 orders with delivery in 2026: Not bad from the 14 they originally ordered
