Landed! Fascinating approach to Sao Paulo over 1000-1200 m terrain and the city suburbs starting at 750 m, with approach at maybe just 400-500 m over a lot of the city into the elevated airport at about 750 m. Looked brilliant walking country like W. Coast Scotland with summits rising out of the sea up to 1100 m.

From Airliners.net:
I don't know if Milwaukee and Orlando will be 2 separate stop, but if I summarize the journey of MSN 2 should be(reason, date): Sao Paulo(TAM, July 6-7) - Viracopos(Azul, July 8-9) - Bogota(Avianca, July 9-11)- Medellin(F-AIR, July 11) - Atlanta(Delta, July 12-?) - Newark(United) - Chicago(United, July 17) - Milwaukee(?) and Oshkosh(AirAventure 2015, July 21-22)
