Thats exactly what it is like, bvb09. Peter compared it with a new car, but I see it in another way. It´s like Airbus brings the keys and paper work to your home and tells you, you can pick your car up whenever you want. The airline decides what happens after the payment. They can leave the airframe in TLS for months if they want.

Chateauroux is really not busy and often used for training (AF pilots did the same flights)
