The picture of A380_TLS_A350 actually is so very nice, with the 3 stars in the background, A380 A350 A330. Fabien

We have transferred @british_Airways' 2nd #A380 today. Making it our 110th A380 delivered to date and our 13th this year If Airbus transfers an airplane it's all about CASH / DOLLARS / EUROS. Delivery only happens next... I would like to know who made the statement about that "110th delivered" Airbus did: twitter.com/Airbus/status/380718875186196480. I would say that's a pretty good source... Edit: addasih beat me to it.

When you look at the link Prod List 1 on the top of every page you'll see msn127 as the 110th A380 delivered. It was flown from the factory and it is ready to be used by the customer. I will update msn121 as DELIVERED when it flies to the customer. It may well be it is paid for and HANDED OVER, but it is NOT delivered. The customer can not use it because it is still in the factory. Just one additional thought about this: Isn't the so-called "delivery flight" performed by the respective airline's pilots? If this is the case, I would assume that the expression "delivery flight" itself is somewhat misleading, because in this case, from the moment the handover occurs, it should be in the airline's control when the "delivery flight" is actually performed. As far as MSN 121 is concerned, I would consider it delivered yesterday (Sept. 19). BA COULD HAVE used it yesterday but decided to "pick it up" via the so-called "delivery flight" today. I even wouldn't consider it having been "in the factory" since then, but just "parked at a foreign airport" (TLS).

Thats exactly what it is like, bvb09.
Peter compared it with a new car, but I see it in another way. It´s like Airbus brings the keys and paper work to your home and tells you, you can pick your car up whenever you want.
