This explains the visit by CF. Airbus wants to maintain good business relationships with ET. Hopefully more orders come their way.

In article above it is said about order for 10 more a350-900. In my opinion this is chance for Airbus in react for, that Ethiopian by now not ordered 20 777-8X, despite earlier announcement about their choice: finance.yahoo.com/news/boeing-ba-nab-7-4b-140002778.html In my opinion Ethiopian to cover remaining 10 widebody orders (20 planned 777-8X - 10 more a350-900) probably will order 10 a350-1000, which version are taken into account.
