I haven't heard of any official routes for the neo's per se, but I did hear that they will make an appearance in DTW and LAX. Sad thing is that I probably wouldn't notice them because I'm so used to seeing them fly overhead when I'm in the parking lot walking to/from my car.

The next scheduled flight for 901NK is
10/15/16 NK8901 - reposition FLL-DTW 10:00am departure - 12:45pm arrival
from there it looks like it's a daily DTW-LAX-DTW turn every day for the next few days starting on 10/16/16 until 10/21/16 which is as far as the aircraft routing goes.
NK704 - DTW-LAX 11:00-12:51
NK707 - LAX-DTW 13:51-21:12
Looks like they're probably going to keep it close kind of like what LH did with their first NEO to gain operational experience with the new type before letting it go around the system.
There is a NK9902 scheduled in the system for a 0900 departure on 10/14/16 from TLS- YYR and a 1230 departure on 10/14/16 from YYR-FLL.
