First August Delivery now on post #2, August will probably be a relatively quiet month, only 8-9 deliveries expected  |

A rather odd development for the B787 !
"Near term deliveries of the 787 look to slow down due to unspecified issues with the thrust reversers affecting both GE and Rolls Royce powered aircraft. A source has indicated that this is not a fleet wide problem but concerns a batch of thrust reversers that are installed on current 787s that are on the flightline or that are currently being assembled. New thrust reversers without the issue have been manufactured and are being installed on several aircraft on the flightline including ones for Hainan, JAL and Scoot as those aircraft have their engines removed"

The database [ Reply #54 on Page 6 or click .] of the 787 Dreamliner aircraft was updated with the latest delivered aircraft, and the last of them, 89th in 2016 and 452nd overall, is Air China´s 5th Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner - MSN 34309 / LN 462, reg. B-7832 (test reg. N8291V), produced in Charleston, with the cabin configuration C30 W34 Y229 and powered by twin  Trent 1000-K2 three-shaft turbofans (fan diameter: 2.845 mm / 112 in; eng. architecture: F-8IPC-6HPC ^ 1HPT-1IPT-6LPT), each 347,54 kN / 35.439 kgf / 78.129 lbf, delivered on 27. Aug 2016, flying on the route CHS - PEK.
B-7832 on its way home...
