Starting 01/12/16, EK 841/842 to DOH will be upgauged to A380!!!! Has Emirates gone nuts? It is only a 379 km 50 minutes flight from Dubai to Doha, no traffic delays included. That's totally not economical for an aircraft as the A380. Unless they have so many passengers on the route that justifies an upsize from the 777, I guess Emirates has taken on Qatar Airways, which recently increased the number of flights between the two Middle East hubs.

Double daily A380 service to Kuala Lumpur is resumed. EK346 - 347 has been operated by an 77W for the past two weeks.

A6-EUF and A6-EUG are I believe, in the LR configuration. I see on FR24 that these 2 aircraft are operating EK448 and EK412. Both of these flights, especially EK448 DXB - AKL, would to me require the cabin crew rest area. What is going on?? Do Emirates have insufficient A380's in ULR configuration.

geswhoa380fanclub explained this in the 'Emirates A380's' threat. Cabin Crew Rest Area moved to the cargo hold.
