One question for you well-informed folks: does anyone know if the A350-1000 nacelle for the XWB-97 is different in shape compared to the A350-900 one? It seems the -97 keeps the same fan diameter, hence probably the same fancase arrangement and so probably the same nacelle as well, but I would like to be sure Thanks!

This is the first thing I've done but without a clear reference it's quite complicated to say the extent of the change if any.

As far as I know, both the -900 and -1000 share the same nacelle for commonality purposes. The fan design is changed but not the size and the core is slightly larger but this doesn't affect the nacelle shape.

Thanks Baroque, this is what I think too. I'll have a look again at the existing FTB pics and be waiting for the A350-1000 first frame to come out.
