Maybe Airbus want to use the expensive engines for other customer or for other planes from QR. That looks most logical.

What´s going on with these "cancelled" or "stored" QR frames? It's very hard to guess what exactly may have been agreed between QR and Airbus. That's also what makes it an interesting story.
