It seems this is registration number not the delivery flight number. |

It seems this is registration number not the delivery flight number. MSN60 flew with the callsign CSC301D based on registration |

Checked online for both Hainan and Capital Airlines and MSN 098 left Toulouse in Capital colors and is listed in Capital Airlines Fleet List, not Hainan Airlines. Also, look at photo above on delivery flight.
