I don't remember, was this plane suffering from P&W problems, or from some CAAC issue ?

I don't remember, was this plane suffering from P&W problems, or from some CAAC issue ? The CAAC certification of the A320n with P&W engines happened a while ago.

[The CAAC certification of the A320n with P&W engines happened a while ago. I was asking about the reasons that specifically delayed MSN 7788, not about type certification. CAAC has authority on Chinese airlines and could raise a hurdle to any delivery. That's why I asked whether MSN 7788 was delayed by engine issues or Tianjin Airlines met some bureaucratic roadblock.
