Please discuss the topic not the title😩😡✌️😎 You may challenge my data, but I tried to be as carefull as possible. So I track all A320 activities (which is quite easy, thanks to work of mtrunz and xfw-spotterblog) and compare with the OD list. So I'm 99% sure that these frames were listed as delivered but did not fly out. Yes 9/10 are Chinese and for the single other one the reason is clear.

welcome😂 It would great, if someone has insides in the real legal status or what are the issues? For example MSN 6993 did a testflight today still with test reg. If the aircraft has been delivered (= has become customer property - with this thread title, better avoid ambiguity), then there should be no technical problem, though there are a few extremely rare cases when some kink is detected after delivery. It happened to at least one 787. Flyaway date is the customer's choice. There may be many reasons to defer flyaway. - Transferring a narrowbody to a distant location requires some planning since you may not have the range for a direct flight. - You must have at least one qualified crew available. - You may have to comply first with some national regulations. This is my preferred explanation, as I posted about China. - You might even wait for some important cargo ... It happens ! - Of course, if the new owner is a lessor, then flyaway is done by the lessee (= the airline). In some cases, like AerCap's A350s, no lessee is immediately ready to fly the aircraft away.

So I'm 99% sure that these frames were listed as delivered but did not fly out. This is indeed the correct phrasing, avoiding any ambiguity.

Tibet and Chengdu are maybe end of year issues, but Qingdaos are now stored since March, May and July. The latter situation may suggest strongarm tactics between the airline and the Chinese Ministry of transport. Did the airline take delivery before being officially authorised, and has it to pay for that now ?

End of year issues maybe unlikely, as unlike Western and ASEAN countries, China doesn't celebrate Xmas and New Year like we do. They do take a Long leave for Lunar New Year. Political/bureaucratic issues are more likely.

Or simply oversupply for now? I suppose Airbus don't charge for storage fee? Lol

I do agree with other comments about the thread "Title"
How about - "Frames delivered which have not yet left Airbus FALs"

I do agree with other comments about the thread "Title" How about - "Frames delivered which have not yet left Airbus FALs" Changed, but is quite short. There are still 8 characters left 🤓MSN 7229 and 7322 had today testflights still with testreg, too. One delivered since 4 months, the other one since 2. Strange, but true🤔
