welcome😂 It would great, if someone has insides in the real legal status or what are the issues? For example MSN 6993 did a testflight today still with test reg.

9/10 of them are for Chinese airline, could it be some restrictions imposed by Chinese government to those big airlines to limit number of aircrafts in overly congested airspace?

I object to this thread title, which contradicts all other threads.
Everywhere on site the verb 'deliver' means 'transfer aircraft property from the manufacturer to the customer', NOT 'fly it away'. Whenever an aircraft official delivery date is different from her flyaway date, we use the former. That is why, for instance, these last few days Addasih took the pain to change our estimated delivery dates for official ones. Here, the same verb is used to mean 'fly away', which is confusing.
Anybody is free to be interested in flyaway dates but, to be consistent, the thread title should be 'A320s delivered but not flied away'.

There might indeed be some Chinese bureaucratic reason, but I think it's more probably that officials were not available at year-end to rubber-stamp aircraft introduction. I posted in another thread that I suspect this kind of thing happened to LATAM's latest A350.
