It is to me indeed the slowest EK frame ever, let's make it then the slowest frame ever (without counting MSN162n167) with 124 weeks total.
One of the highest OF-flight tests count, 12. Highest than that were MSN232EK with 14, MSN229EK with 12 too, and MSN214EK with 10.

EVD has entered service on July 22 as EK7 to London Heathrow.
