What is going on with EK frames? keep stacking them in TLS With 48 aircraft to be parked during the DXB runway refurbishment I would be surprised if Emirates takes delivery of 248 and 249 before late May. |

The runway refurbishment could also mean more A380 are needed. Last time all A380 were in use and Emirates rather cut down on 777 in use. |

Of course, EK will park 777s first, and will make intensive use of its A380 fleet during the refurbishment period. I don't think, however, that they would take any more aircraft in the run-up to that period, since more aircraft would just mean more parked frames. |
